My home life is with my wife Kathy and our pets. I truly enjoy the outdoors, backpacking, hiking, snowshoeing, all season camping, canoeing, scuba diving, fishing and hunting. Other interests include woodworking, blacksmith/welding, gardening, the arts, reading, just about all types of music and motorcycling!

Dr. Jesse C. Ploessl
The goal of Dr. Jesse, at Polar Family Chiropractic is to help patients and the community realize their total health potential by maintaining wellness. Dr. Ploessl strives to provide an atmosphere that will recognize and nurture each patient’s individuality and beliefs.
Dr.
Ploessl received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in November 2003 from
Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. He has worked in private practice and served as a treating doctor in a multi-clinic setting before settling in North St. Paul. Dr. Ploessl
has received additional training in low level laser therapy for pain management
and injury rehab. He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business
Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and continues to
broaden his knowledge by attending seminars and evaluating literature within
the healthcare field. He offers workshops and lectures to the community and
local employers on important topics in healthcare today.
Dr. Jesse lives in Plymouth with his wife Christina and daughter, Lydia. He enjoys playing softball, biking, and enjoying the outdoors in his free time. Dr. Ploessl believes that education is the key to living a healthier lifestyle, and Healthy People Make Healthy Communities.
